Job description

Location: Flexible hybrid working pattern arrangement from home and base, the office base is Fife House, Glenrothes, Fife.

What we are looking for?

Your role as Business Enabling Services Support Officer will be to facilitate and co-ordinate a comprehensive and cohesive approach to mandatory business processes, including complaints, information requests, and vacancy management. A particular focus will be on processing and monitoring complaints and enquiries received both directly and indirectly into the Director of Health and Social Care. Additionally, this post will provide project management support and harmonise differing aspects related to the overall effective functioning of the Business Enabling Portfolio.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues. A proactive approach, prioritising workloads to meet conflicting demands, with particular attention to detail, is essential.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata for part-time hours.
