Zenith UK is hiring a Business Director to lead a large FMCG client, shaping strategic media thinking and fostering trusted senior relationships. You will guide the planning team, deliver ambitious work, and unify insights from across the agency and wider network.

The role blends strategic leadership with client partnership and people development, in a dynamic environment supported by Publicis Groupe. Strong senior-level collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic media planning experience, ideally gained working with large or complex clients.
• Ability to turn data, insight and client challenges into clear and compelling media strategies.
• Experience building credible, trusted relationships with senior clients and partners.
• Strong commercial judgement, with experience managing forecasting, resources and account profitability.
• Experience leading and developing teams, creating an environment where different perspectives are valued and people are supported to grow.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality thinking and delivery.
• A curious, proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to bring new ideas and help turn them into meaningful outcomes.
