Job summary

PeoplePlus is recruiting for an on-site tutor at HMP Pentonville to deliver business qualifications and digital skills to small groups of prison-based learners. You will help develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting their long‑term goals and aspirations.

You will ensure that appropriate training plans are in place and that advice and guidance is given when required, while maintaining safeguarding and learner welfare throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to learners in secure environments.
• Ability to design engaging learning activities for small groups.
• Strong pastoral and guidance skills to support learners' long‑term goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business qualifications and digital skills to prison learners.
• Create and implement learning plans and review progress with learners.
