Qualifications

• No previous management or business development experience is required — full training is provided.
• Attitude, ambition, work ethic and willingness to learn are essential traits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent established UK brands through face-to-face engagement with customers.
• Speak with customers to understand needs and present products clearly.
• Build strong professional relationships and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in regular coaching and development sessions.
• Take on increasing responsibility as you progress within the programme.
