Main Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in the German market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate and qualify leads.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of early-stage opportunities in CRM tools.
• Schedule discovery calls and support handoff to senior BD/sales teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and localization of materials.
• Track market trends and competitive activity in the DACH region.

Main Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably B2B/SaaS/life sciences).
• Experience selling services, software, or SaaS into the Life Sciences sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
