With a focus on customer relationships, they will be responsible for driving improvements; building and implementing process enhancements to ensure innovation take place.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy • Build and strengthen business relationships with existing clients • Understand the market and the competitive environment. Be the eyes and voice of PHINIA in the market and provide weekly updates on all relevant information. • support the country’s commercial strategy in your location • Support the client portfolio and facilitate the acquisition of new customers • Work closely with business development manager, marketing, logistics, and technical teams • Understand the competitive landscape • Stimulate demand and foster customer loyaltyKPI’s • Meet your SMART objectives, validated with your manager, to ensure goal achievement: • Number of visits, client/prospect visit ratio, follow-up on key clients in the sector • Provide clear reports through Sales Force/AIMI • Provide all necessary information for the proper management of a client accountCustomer portfolio Development • Develop the business volume with our existing clients (Distributors) • Follow the company’s policy and the KAM Group’s guidelines to streamline information exchange and facilitate business acquisition • Be present at client events, trade shows, or regional promotionsContinuous improvement • Enter information into Sales Force • Be the market and environmental specialistWhat we’re looking for Education/Experience - Required • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Confident at presenting • Experience in multinational / multicultural companies • Subject matter expertise in both business process and digital technologies (applications, data analytics, online portals / catalogs, AI etc.) • Ability of establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities • Strong data analysis skills • Strong problems solving skills • Focus on quality and is customer centric Education/Experience – Preferred • An understanding of Automotive Industry and Aftermarket**WHAT WE OFFER**We provide compensation and benefits programs intended to attract, motivate, reward, and retain an incredibly talented, globally diverse workforce at all levels within our organization.
