Job Description:

1. Understand the company’s business content proficiently and promote the company’s business independently.
2. Maintain existing channel cooperation relationships and expand new channels.
3. Update mini programs and website information.
4. Assist in following up on the signing of partner agreements.
5. Coordinate the requirements of the new media department and sales, complete partnership communication, and support online projects.
6. Collect market materials, activities, and information, and assist in other departmental affairs.
7. Search for property information, rental market information, and expand rental property resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-2 years of experience; English as a working language.
2. Good at data analysis, rigorous logic, excellent in cooperation plan writing and business presentation skills.
3. Basic understanding of the British real estate industry and relevant partner business content.
4. Honest, reliable, proactive, responsible, with high emotional intelligence and strong teamwork ability.
5. Strong content planning and execution skills, goal-oriented, with emotional control and responsibility.
6. Good communication and understanding skills, dependable, diligent, responsible, and a team player.
7. Priority given to applicants with overseas real estate background, and those fluent in Chinese, English, and Cantonese.
