Job description

Business Development & Sales Support Executive
Location: Croydon, CR0 4RD
Salary: £40,000 per annum + commission
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in B2B service-based environments? Do you enjoy nurturing long-term client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and playing a pivotal role in driving company growth? If so, we want to hear from you.
At Restore Harrow Green, we’re experts in commercial and heritage relocations, and we’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Support Executive who can help us expand our reach across both the public and private sectors.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining outbound business development, sales support and account management – ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative B2B environment where service delivery is key.
What you’ll be doing
  • Generating and qualifying new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Identifying opportunities within the relocation, logistics or professional services space
  • Setting appointments for our field sales team or converting opportunities directly, depending on scope
  • Building long-term client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities within the wider Restore Group
  • Preparing tailored proposals and quotations, assisting with pricing and supporting contract negotiations
  • Attending networking events and industry exhibitions to raise our profile and generate business
  • Keeping our CRM up to date with leads, opportunities and activity, ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Working closely with senior account managers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
What we’re looking for
  • A solid track record of B2B sales experience in a service-based environment (Essential)
  • Experience engaging with clients across sectors, ideally with exposure to complex sales cycles or tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong time management and organisational ability – you’ll be handling multiple opportunities at once
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage your workload and reporting
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their pipeline
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, events, and Restore offices when required
