Job Description:

Telent is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team in the Network Services division. The role involves building relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear sectors. The position requires working through a training plan and collaborating at our Warwick and Camberley offices at least once a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain knowledge of Telent’s offerings and markets.
  • Support the sales pipeline by researching target accounts and stakeholders.
  • Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts.
  • Perform outreach via calls, emails, social media, and creative efforts to generate interest.
  • Follow up with inbound leads and convert them into meetings and opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on activities and pipeline efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

Resilient, driven, self-motivated, with relevant sales experience, especially outbound sales. Able to generate and identify new leads using various tools. Experience from other industries is welcome. A university degree or equivalent is preferred.
