Job Description:

National Corporate Housing is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to sell our Global Housing Solutions services to new clients. The BDR will target small to mid-sized European inbound businesses supporting the EMEA global solutions market. The ideal candidate should present a professional image, possess strong communication and customer service skills. National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in temporary housing program management for business travel and relocations. We are one of the largest providers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and sales teams to focus on generating profitable inbound business opportunities in the EMEA region.
  • Drive revenue through new business using consultative selling techniques.
  • Increase revenue via self-generated leads by presenting all product and service lines to various organizational segments.
  • Work with clients to understand their strategic goals and create significant economic value.
  • Stay informed on business travel trends and industry segmentation to identify potential clients.
  • Maintain all sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
  • Use analytical skills and industry insights to forecast revenue growth.
  • Build and sustain long-term professional relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Participate in industry networking events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Attend team meetings and client offsite meetings as required.
