Location: UK (Remote)

Salary: Up to £85K base + OTE + Stock Options

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to support growth in the Legal and Capital Markets sectors. This role offers a chance to work with leading organizations, introducing AI-driven solutions that transform operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate pipeline
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify, engage, and convert strategic accounts
  • Book and manage meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Track and report activity using CRM tools

What Does Success Look Like? You will consistently generate high-quality pipeline, book meetings with target accounts, and advance deals through the sales cycle. You’ll contribute significantly to a high-performing sales team in a company on its way to AI category leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably outbound
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • High curiosity and ability to translate complex problems into compelling narratives
