A Business Development Representative (BDR) vacancy in our sales team is a key role for our mission. We aim to make Enterpryze the Business Management Platform (BMP) solution of choice for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) seeking the agility and simplicity of a cloud solution, avoiding legacy accounts packages or complex ERP systems.

Location:

Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. This is a remote role initially (at least for 3-6 months) with eventual transition to a hybrid setup.

Your Role

  1. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibility is to contact new prospects and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  2. Participate in sales training on the benefits of Enterpryze to communicate effectively with prospects and identify how we can help address their challenges.
  3. Book follow-up demos and meetings to advance the sales pipeline.
  4. Attend team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to meet weekly and monthly targets.
  5. Develop your knowledge of Enterpryze and business processes to support your career growth and contribute to the business's continued expansion.

Your Skills

  • Confident communicator capable of influencing decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proven success in countering objections in cold calling environments, adept at using email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to upskill and stay updated with our ambitious product roadmap.
  • Strong relationship-building and listening skills to understand customer pain points and propose solutions.
