About this role:

We support independent restaurants to go online, reach more customers, and grow their businesses. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding your territory, increasing orders, and acting as a trusted advisor to our restaurant partners.

Location: Edinburgh; this role is both field-based and home-based.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize potential of existing restaurant partners through strong relationships.
  • Educate partners on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure new restaurants are visited and optimized within 14 days of onboarding.
  • Prioritize order growth and mentor partners on key strategies.
  • Use internal platforms to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiencies.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Ability to meet ambitious targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Interest in food and the restaurant industry.
  • Full UK driving license.
