Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of a high quality timber windows and doors range across Andover, Reading, London to Portsmouth within a 40 mile radius of Basingstoke. You will spend all your time generating specifications and selling to architects, self-build developers and contractors.

The role offers a remuneration of £35,000 - £45,000 plus a £10,000 bonus, company car and benefits package, and a clear target to achieve circa £1m turnover.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the construction industry selling to architects, self-build developers & contractors.
• Background in joinery, doors, windows, timber or fenestration is a plus.
• IT literate.
• Driven, results oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Generate specifications and selling to architects, self-build developers & contractors.
• Sell timber windows & doors across the defined regional area (Andover, Reading, London to Portsmouth).
• Manage orders ranging from approximately £5k to £125k.
• Target turnover of about £1m.
