About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, with a highly respected alternative asset and accounting service. Our ongoing investment in learning and technology ensures our team delivers a seamless client experience.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 10+ years’ experience in private equity and/or real estate investment, mainly in private equity funds.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ senior leadership experience.
  • Effective communicator with negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in new business development with consistent YOY growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the alternative fund industry.
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • CPA, ACCA, CIMA designations are advantageous.

Your Role:

  • Manage and execute Citco’s Business Development and Sales strategy for Europe, aligned with global objectives.
  • Maintain a measurable BD and Sales pipeline across Lines of Business, targeting strategic opportunities in new launches and conversions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of BD and Sales activities, including sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and profitability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process in collaboration with European MDs, SMEs, and managers.
  • Lead tactical and strategic initiatives for market penetration, sales campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Ensure effective communication with senior management, MDs, and peer groups.
  • Maintain high-quality outputs from the BD and Sales functions in Europe.
  • Manage risks related to the BD and Sales cycle.
  • Report key metrics such as revenue, timesheets, expenses, and updates to senior management.
  • Develop and assess the success of the European feeder network across Lines of Business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance brand visibility through events and conferences.
  • Work with PR to increase Citco’s brand awareness.
  • Coordinate RFPs and new business proposals.
  • Create and promote product branding and marketing materials.
