Responsibilities include:

• Discovering and converting new business opportunities, from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance
• Assessing lending risk carefully, ensuring proposals are thorough, transparent, and compliant
• Supporting client retention and growth through annual reviews and portfolio management
• Collaborating across departments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve processes
• Maintaining accurate forecasting and sales tracking for smarter decision-making
• Managing borrower requests that impact credit risk to protect the bank’s position
• Championing the customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements

Who You Are

You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by building meaningful relationships with clients and your team. A background in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition are most important.
