Your background is likely to be in venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or similar, with experience in deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and relationship building. A solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance, along with a relevant network, is preferred. Alternatively, exposure to the training, education, or data sectors is also valuable.
