You are a hunter within the Mergers and Acquisitions arena. Your background is likely to be in venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or similar, with experience in deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and relationship building. A solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance, along with a relevant network, is preferred. Alternatively, exposure to the training, education, or data sectors is also valuable.

Key Responsibilities:
