Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy Infrastructure

Location:

South Wales Office - Hybrid Working Pattern

Salary:

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE + wider package

Project Lifecycle Capabilities:

The company manages the entire project lifecycle—from development and construction to operation—ensuring project realization and success.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and identifying potential new greenfield project opportunities.
2. Negotiating land acquisition and lease terms (heads of terms, options to lease, etc.) to secure land for renewable energy projects.
3. Managing stakeholders across the project lifecycle, including landowners, internal teams, and external consultants.

Candidate Profile:

This role suits a confident individual experienced in land acquisition and stakeholder engagement, comfortable working with landowners, and eager to contribute to the clean energy transition.

Experience in renewable energy or utilities is preferred, but transferable skills are also welcome.
