Business Development Manager – Labels

Location: Essex (Full-time, Office-Based)

Whether you’re currently working in label production and looking to transition into an office-based role, or maybe you have a background in an affiliated market and simply hungry to succeed in sales, we want to hear from you.

For the right person, full sales training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Track and manage all sales leads in CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups via email, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects.
  • Develop and implement structured follow-up schedules for new leads and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.
  • Draft and send personalised emails to prospects and clients.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to establish relationships.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Generate reports on lead follow-up progress, sales trends, and opportunities.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to the Commercial Manager.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to create future sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any concerns professionally.
