Business Development Manager (Healthcare & Communities)

Location: Your base contractual location will be Manchester, covering the northwest region.

This strategy aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, address inequalities, empower communities, and foster economic growth and resilience in underserved areas.

As the Business Development Manager, your role will be key in driving sales within the established Health strategy, co-creating strategies for Local Government, Education, and Housing with the commercial team, and driving regional sales.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying target segments, and aligning BT’s technology offerings to meet their needs.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, informing the business development approach.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting customers from needs identification to service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the account management team to understand client landscapes, pain points, and engagement opportunities at the C-Suite level.
