THE COMPANY

This highly regarded company is a global leader in premium visual merchandising solutions and scenic builds for the luxury retail sector. With a passionate and dedicated team, they pride themselves on exceptional quality and flawless delivery. All design, fabrication, and production are in-house, partnering with the world's most prestigious brands to bring retail environments to life! They work on projects including pop-ups, in-store installations, luxury window displays, and bespoke visual storytelling, marking an exciting phase in their development.

THE ROLE

With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a BDM / Head of Events to drive the business forward. This dual role involves expanding their offering and establishing new revenue streams within the event agency and end-client space, before leading the team to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities for growth
  • Leading client pitches and securing new business
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables
  • Maintaining knowledge of sector trends, competitor activity, and innovations
  • Providing regular reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have a strong commercial background with proven success in business development and securing high-value clients. Experience within scenic build, creative services sector, or for an event or production agency is preferred. Candidates must be able to develop relationships, confidently pitch, and have a strong network within the events sector.
