Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for Freight Forwarding in Folkestone. The role focuses on developing new European road freight business while expanding the company’s wider service offering.

You will identify and convert new customers, support account management, build relationships, and ensure profitable margins. Travel to meet with clients is required, with a hybrid office arrangement.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven experience selling road, sea, or air freight services.
• European road freight experience would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of transport and worldwide logistics.
• Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their commercial team, with a primary focus on developing new European road freight business whilst identifying opportunities across their wider service offering.
