Job description

Role Overview:

Andersen EV is the UK’s leading provider of premium electric vehicle home charging points, with partnerships with car manufacturers such as Porsche and Jaguar Land Rover. We are seeking three dynamic, results-driven sales professionals to join our Business Development Manager team. Candidates should have several years of field experience engaging with B2B customers, including wholesalers and car retailers.

Location & Remuneration:

We are recruiting for three new positions covering:

  • South of England
  • North of England
  • The West Country

The role is primarily field-based with occasional reporting to our Head Office in Bedfordshire. Applicants should reside in a location suitable for covering one of the specified regions.

An attractive salary package includes a competitive base salary with an OTE potential of £55,000.

Key Duties:

  1. Sales Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow our presence in the EV charging sector, supported by your peers and the Head of Sales.
  2. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, trade partners, and wholesalers.
  3. Sales Targets: Plan and execute activities to meet sales goals and KPIs, ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Full product training and ongoing support will be provided.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven ability to sell naturally and effectively.
  • Minimum of two years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • An interest in e-mobility is advantageous.
