Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. This role involves engagement with Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Operations departments, as well as external clients such as system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring healthy and sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand distributors and establish sales channels for domestic and commercial charging products and solutions.
  • Establish strategic relationships with OEM partners in categories such as AC EV chargers and DC fast chargers.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
  • Forecast revenue streams accurately on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Engage regularly with clients’ decision-makers.
  • Provide sales leadership on large distribution or OEM opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management to meet sales goals.

Key Attributes:

  • University degree in marketing, business studies, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of electrical products, especially home security & surveillance, sensors, alarms, power strips, or light sockets.
  • Experience in EV charging infrastructure is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
