Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Central London

We are pleased to present a Senior Business Development / Sales Manager position responsible for selling Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency / Net Zero solutions into the UK Commercial Real Estate Sector.

The commercial real estate sector contributes significantly to UK carbon emissions, accounting for about 40% of greenhouse gases.

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to join a consultancy based in Central London, specializing in decarbonisation and energy efficiency services for companies with large property portfolios.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable consultancy with over 10 years of sector experience, especially as net zero and decarbonisation are national priorities.

Role responsibilities include:

• While experience in selling engineering and consultancy services is beneficial, a strong network and background in property-related industries (e.g., facilities management, property management, real estate sales/rentals) are pivotal.
• The candidate should have knowledge and contacts within the property sector, including Property Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers, Sustainability Managers, Fund Managers, C-Suite Executives, and Building/Site Managers interested in Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation services.
• Attending industry networking and marketing events to develop and strengthen relationships with relevant businesses.
