The Aon Business Development Manager role involves broader conversations around Health, Wellbeing, and Employee Benefits. You will engage with senior leaders in mid to large corporate and global businesses and be at the forefront of securing new opportunities for clients to work with Aon.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home, visit clients, or work from one of our key locations (Manchester, Leeds, London, Bristol, or Birmingham), depending on your preferences and the moments that matter.

What the day will look like
The jobholder will be responsible for selling the Employee Benefit proposition to new clients and introducing new services to existing clients. Sales will originate from various sources including the Aon network, client networking, personal contacts, or telemarketing-led appointments.
