VanRath is partnering with a market-leading electrical wholesale business to recruit a Business Development Manager for Enniskillen and the surrounding regions. The role focuses on developing new business and growing existing accounts to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The position offers a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 with a bonus scheme, company car, mobile phone, and laptop, plus excellent career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical wholesale industry.
• Experience in External Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management or Internal Sales.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and solutions.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to manage a territory independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the region.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial and commercial customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, promoting the company's range of electrical products and solutions.
• Generate and follow up quotations, project enquiries and sales opportunities in partnership with the Derry branch.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work closely with internal sales, purchasing and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.
