Business Development Manager – EdTech - E-Learning

Remote (UK-Based)

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing EdTech provider, helping to drive innovation in the training and education sector.

This role focuses on engaging with Independent Training Providers (ITPs) and other post-16 education providers, promoting SaaS & E-learning solutions that enhance learning delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling SaaS & E-learning Content solutions to ITPs and educational organizations, primarily at CEO/MD/Principal level.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospective clients supported by an internal SDR team — focusing on closing deals.
  • Building long-term relationships to ensure clients derive ongoing value from content.
  • Achieving growth targets by acquiring new clients and increasing market share.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS/EdTech sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Proven success in new business development from initial contact to closing.
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers (CEO/MD level).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Salary up to £45,000 + additional benefits
