Location: Remote (Monthly office visit, London)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE: £100k+)

Based north of the Watford Gap (Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, Newcastle). Geography is open; network matters more.
Someone who’s earned their stripes, maybe started in a call centre, software sales, or a tough commercial environment, then broke into specialist lending and proved themselves.
A natural deal originator with a track record in bridging or property finance, and the broker relationships to back it up.
Confident working remotely, independently, and delivering results without micromanagement.
