Business Development Manager – Branded SaaS Solutions

The Client:

A global technology firm with a well-known and respected suite of products and services. They hold a significant share of the UK market where all End-User customers are aware of their strong brand presence. The Role:

You will take responsibility for a specific UK region where you will inherit plenty of existing trading accounts. That said, the thrust of this role will be new account acquisition. To this end, you will be given a huge amount of support from Marketing who will provide some of the leads that you work on. It will be up to you to qualify the lead and develop your pipeline of opportunities which will involve various stages of the sale including discovery, demonstration, objection handling etc.

The most successful BDM’s in their UK team spend significant time on ‘discovery’, ensuring their solution is fit for purpose on a long-term basis.

Be successful and you will be given the opportunity to develop your career within BD, Senior Account Management or Team Leadership.

The Person:

It’s likely that you are a proven BD sales person with a track record of winning new accounts and exceeding your sales quota.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of £40 - 50,000 is on offer with an uncapped commission scheme where you can expect to earn £70,000 in year one and £90,000 in year two. Full benefits package.
