Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales of bespoke machinery from our Cardiff base. You will drive end-to-end sales initiatives, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities in a fast-growing sector.

The role offers a competitive salary (£50,000 - £55,000), an OTE (£65K), commission, bonus, and benefits including an 8% pension and flexitime. A dynamic, market-leading environment awaits the successful candidate.
