WR Logistics is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead Air & Sea freight sales in Manchester, with autonomy to build your own customer portfolio and robust operational support.

Offered with £45,000–£55,000 basic, car benefit and exceptional commission, plus generous targets. Initially 2 days a week in the Manchester office, with greater flexibility as you establish yourself.

Qualifications

• Proven Air & Sea freight forwarding experience.
• Strong new business / freight sales background.
• Hunter mentality and commercial drive.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by winning new business and building long-term relationships.
• Operations professionals who have moved into sales are encouraged to apply.
• Road-only freight experience will not be suitable.
