Job Description

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager specializing in aesthetic capital equipment. You will work with leading private aesthetic clinics and premium spas, selling medically classified equipment for fat loss, cellulite treatment, scar reduction, and hair removal.

Responsibilities
  • Sell cutting-edge aesthetic equipment to plastic surgeons and medical professionals in private clinics and spas.
  • Proactively generate new business through outreach, cold calling, and following up on inbound leads.
About the Company

The company manufactures high-end, medically classified aesthetic equipment used in various treatments, highly regarded in the industry and trusted by top professionals.

Requirements
  • Field-based sales experience, ideally within aesthetics or healthcare sectors such as dental or dermatology, or a clinical/internal background with a desire to move into sales.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and close deals.
  • Hardworking, money-motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Full driving license with no more than 6 points.
The Package

Basic salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Uncapped bonus: £30,000 OTE (paid quarterly)

Car allowance: £400/month

Pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Location

This is a field-based role covering the M62 corridor, including Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Manchester, and Leeds.
