Business Development Manager - Accountancy

Business Development Manager job, London, up to £59,500 with a top 10 accountancy firm

Your new company

You will be joining a top 10 global accountancy firm. They are a full-service firm working with a wide variety of clients across different sectors. This role supports their Consulting arm, which offers services such as Sustainability, Cyber Security, and more. It is a high-growth, strategically important part of the firm.

Your new role

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive growth through relationship management, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities via client targeting, promoting campaigns, and a strategic events programme. The role offers opportunities to innovate, try new ideas, and collaborate with helpful colleagues.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in London, with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement. You will work closely with your BD team (8 members), Marketing, the Managing Partner for London, and other key fee-earners in the Consulting business.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of Business Development experience within a consultancy, accountancy, or law firm.
• This role is suitable for an existing Manager or a Senior Executive seeking their first Manager position.
• Experience supporting a firm's Consulting or Advisory practice is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in an LLP.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
