About the role:

As a Business Development Manager based in Winchester, you'll play a key part in driving revenue across hotel and leisure services. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds – you'll be out meeting clients, attending industry events, and exploring new opportunities, with time each week to focus on strategic planning from home. Please note that previous Hotel Sales Manager experience is essential for this role.

What we're looking for:

You'll be a confident communicator with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality sector.

  • A proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your region (commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke & Portsmouth)
