Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a busy sales function within a growing manufacturing business on the outskirts of St Ives Cambridgeshire. You will drive sales growth, develop key customer relationships, identify new opportunities and lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

You will work closely with the General Manager to shape strategy, manage the sales process end-to-end, and ensure profitability while maintaining customer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a busy sales function within a growing manufacturing business.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
