BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CREATIVE STUDIO HUB

LOCATION: 10 MINS FROM MELKSHAM - OR 20 MINS FROM BATH.

The Opportunity:

Looking to lead business growth in a truly unique and inspiring environment? We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to fuel the next phase of growth for a buzzing creative workspace of 60+ studios. If you're energised by building connections, spotting opportunities, and making things happen — this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive Growth & Business Opportunities

  • Lead on filling studio spaces – converting leads into long-term members
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and networks to boost visibility and attract new clients
  • Identify and action new income streams and strategic opportunities
  • Work closely with the Founders to shape and scale the business
  • Act as the main point of contact for studio members, ensuring they feel supported and engaged
  • Host regular check-ins to understand needs, gather feedback and boost retention
  • Onboard new members with energy and professionalism
  • Support invoicing and financial performance tracking
  • Work with the Finance Manager to ensure income targets are met
  • Oversee site standards and manage a small team to ensure smooth operations
  • Curate and run events that support networking, innovation and community
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts to raise the profile of the space and increase leads

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident relationship-builder with proven business development experience
  • Someone who’s commercially savvy and driven by targets and results
  • Great at spotting opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals
  • Background in property lettings, creative workspaces, co-working or hospitality is a plus
