Job summary

You will build relationships, craft strategic sales approaches, and guide proposals through to close. You will analyse market needs, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client success and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment.
• Experience selling within national or large client links FM / Telecoms / Power / Drainage / Water / EV sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in CRM systems and sales reporting to maintain pipeline visibility.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing proposals and documentation.
• Knowledge of Sales processes and qualification methodologies.
