Job description

Are you an experienced Estate Agency with a strong track record of Business Development? Are you hungry to achieve new business and drive a business forward? If this sounds like you, we are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager within our client’s award winning and successful Lettings Agent in central Leeds, who have been present in the area for around 10 years.

The successful Business Development Manager will be offered:

• Up to £40,000 basic
• £65,000 OTE
• Career Progression

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday– Full Time
• Some Saturday (lieu day in return)

Business Development Manager requirements:

• Strong track record in Estate Agency / Lettings
• Energetic and confident approach to win new business
• A proactive mindset
• Ability to work to targets and KPI’s
• Local market knowledge
• A full driving licence

Key tasks of the Business Development Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Identifying new landlord opportunities and converting into clients
• Building relationships with investors
• Selling benefits of using our client and gaining instructions
• Collaborating with Lettings team to offer a seamless service
