Position: Business Development Manager – HVAC

Location: Kent, Surrey, or Sussex

Industry: Air Handling Units | Fans | Heat Recovery

Package: Competitive basic salary + Bonus (~£20K) + Car/Allowance + Pension + Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E Contractors and Consultants in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic targeting, client engagement, and market penetration.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Air Handling Units, Heat Recovery, and Fan systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a team player.
