Job description

An international law firm is looking for an experienced BD Manager to join their dedicated Tech, Media, and IP practice. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team of 5 BD professionals supporting lawyers working on market-defining mandates for some of the world's biggest brands.

Responsibilities

1. Support Partners in targeting potential clients and developing existing relationships.
2. Stay informed about relevant developments, legislation, and regulations to enhance understanding of the department's work and provide knowledgeable BD recommendations.
3. Coordinate and host internal and external events, seminars, webinars, and social gatherings.
4. Assist in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
5. Participate in business planning, including contributing to budgeting and monitoring expenses against the budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at a law firm in a similar BD role. Experience within Tech, Media & IP is advantageous, but candidates with a strong interest in these markets will also be considered.
