A prominent managed services provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage B2B sales across the North of England and Scotland. LYNK has partnered with a UK-based Cyber Security and Managed Services provider to recruit a Business Development Manager. They have offices in the North of England as well as in the Central belt of Scotland, and they are looking for someone with an established network in areas across the North of England, Scotland or beyond. This role would be field based, with negotiable expectations with regards to office travel or meetups with the team.
The company is well-established and growing, operating with a relationship-first approach to business development. They generate work through networking, referrals, and warm introductions — not cold calls. This is a consultative sales role, suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement and trusted conversations over traditional outbound tactics.
