Business Development Manager – Creative Production Studio

Futureheads have partnered with an ambitious creative production studio who are looking to add a talented Business Development Manager to their team to drive the next phase of growth. They are a financially sound, lean operation with world-class creative talent, delivering multi-platform digital campaigns for global brands - with particular success in the travel and hospitality sectors. Their expertise spans creative production, transcreation, asset management, localization, animation, and video. They've also engaged on experience strategy projects and have built an impressive portfolio of work recognised internationally. With several key targets identified and a major client success creating immediate opportunities, this is an exciting time to join. This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of business development and work with a team who truly value ambition and autonomy. We're looking for someone who is seriously ambitious with strong business acumen - someone who can drive demand, open doors, and push the business forward.

What you'll be doing
  • Taking full ownership of new business development - identifying, connecting with, and winning prospective clients at a senior level

About you
  • Proven Business Development background with a strong track record of winning business
  • Tenacious in identifying and connecting with prospective clients, with the ability to build relationships at a senior level
  • Experience within media or creative agency environments is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable being active on LinkedIn and other relevant business platforms to promote and create awareness
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking - you understand how to position creative services and demonstrate value
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to make a real impact
The details
  • Salary: £40,000 – £55,000
  • Location: Fully remote
