Serco is hiring a Business Development Manager to build and grow employer partnerships across Wales within the Restart Scheme. You will turn business needs into viable job opportunities for participants and ensure correct candidate matching with internal teams.
The role requires proven sales, account management and employability sector knowledge, plus NVQ Level 4 or equivalent. Hybrid working with regular travels supports performance and growth.
Location: Hybrid with regular travel to sites across Wales
Salary: £34,000–£36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and company car
Schedule: Full time (37.5 hours per week).
