A well-established healthcare business in the UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and grow business across NHS trusts and community services. The role involves selling continence products and building strong relationships with clinical stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience in continence/urology and a self-starter mindset. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing, winning, and growing business across NHS trusts, community services, and nursing homes throughout the North. You will sell a portfolio of continence products into a broad range of healthcare providers, building strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders including consultants, urology nurse specialists, continence teams and framework managers. With a focus on formulary inclusion & new business development, this role represents an opportunity to pioneer a brand-new division in a well‑established healthcare business. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in product placement and education to healthcare teams, supporting best practice and improving patient outcomes.
