Key Responsibilities

  1. This role is to lead the new Sales for UK and lead the opening of the new accounts in the region.
  2. Sales and business development in the UK / Europe for Telecom & Media and Tech market.
  3. Leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic and operational plans to grow the market for Bounteous x Accolite.
  4. Support marketing activities to improve brand recognition and development of new leads / prospects.

Experience

  1. Successful record of New Sales and relationships/references network to build pipeline.
  2. Extensive understanding of the TMT market and C-level connects in the market.
  3. Commercial acumen – development of innovative offerings along with the delivery teams.
  4. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills.
  5. An outstanding executive presence; comfortable communicating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs via email and phone.
  6. Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances.
  7. Proactive and solution-oriented; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment, a plus.
