Business Development Lead (Telco, Media & Tech)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new Sales for the UK and open new accounts in the region.
  • Sales and business development in the UK / Europe for Telecom & Media and Tech market.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic and operational plans to grow the market for Bounteous x Accolite.
  • Support marketing activities to improve brand recognition and develop new leads / prospects.

Experience

  • Successful record of New Sales and relationships/references network to build pipeline.
  • Extensive understanding of the TMT market and C-level connects in the market.
  • Commercial acumen – development of innovative offerings along with the delivery teams.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills.
  • An outstanding executive presence; comfortable communicating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs via email and phone.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment, a plus.
