About the role:

With worldwide IT spending projected to reach $5 trillion in 2024, you will impact global expansion by hunting new opportunities and selling solutions to large enterprise clients with $1B+ in revenue, addressing their most critical priorities.

Principle Accountabilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner, targeting C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
  2. Convert prospects into active Gartner clients, managing full sales negotiations and transitioning new clients to account management.
  3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet KPIs.
  4. Achieve quota for new logo revenue.
  5. Manage complex, high-revenue sales across diverse environments.
  6. Accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience in direct, solution-based, and complex sales with successful outcomes.
  • Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales skills.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives in large enterprises.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and presentations.
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle.
  • Traits such as curiosity, coachability, and intrinsic drive.
  • Experience in Value-based, Consultative, B2B sales.
  • Ability to prospect to senior leadership and work through ambiguity.
  • Track record of exceeding goals or quotas.
  • Experience with intangible sales processes is advantageous.
