Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive or Telesales Executive to join a fantastic design company based in Putney! You’ll work closely within an established but welcoming sales team to source new businesses and contribute to the continued growth of an award-winning business. You’ll receive great training and development from a supportive line manager.

This hybrid role is a long-term contract position, which may go permanent, offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus commission. The role is hybrid, but you must be able to work in the office 3 days per week. This is a permanent Telesales Executive position paying an OTE of up to £40,000 p.a. and a £100 bonus per appointment.

As the Telesales Executive, you will:

  1. Deal with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls.
  2. There is no hard calling in this role; you are speaking to mostly current or lapsed clients.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and collaboration with the team.
  4. Call lapsed or previous clients to reconnect the business relationship.
  5. Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate and actionable data.
  6. Qualify and track potential business opportunities, managing a strong pipeline of prospects.
  7. Stay informed on market trends and provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.

As the Telesales Executive, you should have:

  1. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  2. Experience of using a CRM system.
  3. Analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  4. Office environment experience with the ability to work in a sales environment.
  5. Inquisitive nature with a mature and self-motivated attitude.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits: This brilliant Telesales position is Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm and offers a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 plus commission and further opportunities within the company.
