Through a wide range of tailored support services including one-to-one careers guidance, CV writing, interview preparation, and skills training, we have supported over 250,000 people on their journey into work.
Our Restart Scheme, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), focuses specifically on supporting the long‑term unemployed who are referred by their local Job Centre Plus. We provide them with up to 12 months of personalised support to enter or re-enter the workforce.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for creating and identifying new business opportunities within the local area by developing strong working relationships with employers and bringing on board new employment opportunities for our participants on the Restart Scheme. The role requires you to work with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal & external, who will all have differing priorities. As a Business Development Executive, you'll be required to work alongside them to achieve the common goal.
